Requests is an add-on module to AMPRO that allows operating departments
around your company to request work directly into AMPRO, where
Engineering/Maintenance will create Jobs if required.

yesterday with that problem” syndrome. Job Requests is quick and direct.
Follow the status of all job requests from the easy to use interface.
Make notes and/or comments about the Job Request and/or Job which are
added as Journals.

How Job Requests works |

A request is created in Job Requests, it
then appears in the job request listing in AMPRO. The AMPRO operator is
automatically notified that a new job request has been added. |

The job request is authorised allowing work to proceed. |
|
3. |
If required, a job
is created in AMPRO from the job request and the work is carried out. |
|
4. |
The job is completed and the requester is notified accordingly. During this
process the requester is kept informed about the progress of their job request
automatically. |

Client/Server methodologies to increase system performance and
efficiency. Job Requests can be installed over a network on any number
of client computers with the AMPRO database installed on a network
server or client computer.
Job Requests uses Crystal Reports™* as
its reporting engine and enables you to export your reports into many
different formats. Job Requests allows you to use Crystal Reports™ to
develop your own custom reports which can be seamlessly integrated into
Job Requests. *
Software licenses are the responsibility of the customer and are not
supplied with Job Requests. |
